We specialize in exceptional companies whose owners are ready to take the next step, without a clear successor or a defined exit plan. We work directly with the founder to structure an orderly transition, assume operational leadership, and execute a disciplined growth plan that honors what they built.

LETS WORK TOGETHER

  • We seek established businesses in Puerto Rico with recurring or predictable revenue. Minimum criteria: Annual revenue of $3M+ or EBITDA greater than $1M.

  • We specialize in services with recurring demand and contracts. This includes B2B services such as fire protection, alarms and security, logistics, and commercial maintenance, as well as home services such as pest control, plumbing, and cleaning. If your business operates in a similar sector, it likely qualifies. We also evaluate B2B professional services.

  • The process is straightforward and confidential. It starts with an initial call to learn about your business with no commitment. If there is mutual interest, we sign a confidentiality agreement and move to a more detailed conversation about valuation and structure. If we reach an agreement, we issue a Letter of Intent (LOI) and begin due diligence. In Puerto Rico, this process typically takes between 2 and 8 months from first contact to close.

  • We assume leadership directly. We do not hire an outside manager or operate from a distance. South Point Capital principals integrate into the business, work alongside the existing team, and execute a growth plan designed before closing. The goal is not to change what works, but to strengthen what already exists, protect employees, maintain client relationships, and take the company to its next stage.
